She began her career with the construction of the 720 MW Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project and subsequently worked with Druk Green Power Corporation Limited in the operation and maintenance of hydropower assets. Currently, she leads the Engineering & Design Section of the 600 MW Khorlochhu Hydropower Project, a strategic partnership project jointly developed by Druk Green Power Corporation Limited and The Tata Power Company Limited.

Additionally, he has been conducting initial environmental and social impact studies for the reconnaissance and pre-feasibility of new hydroelectric projects in Bhutan.
