Pelchuk is a dedicated shift engineer at Druk Green Power Corporation, where she has played a pivotal role in operating the Tala Hydro Power Plant. Her responsibilities have included assisting in plant management, training shift operators, and performing comprehensive data reporting and system analysis. She too served as a senior section officer in the auxiliary maintenance unit. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining supply panels, diesel generating systems, and illumination systems. Additionally, she worked extensively with systems, applications, and products in data processing, handling budget forecasting and ensuring efficient operations.
