Karma has been working with Druk Green Power Corporation since 2014. She began her career as an assistant engineer (Civil) at Chhukha Hydropower Plant (CHP), the oldest hydropower project in Bhutan. Currently she holds the position of Manager, Civil Maintenance Section at Druk Green Power Corporation. In her current role, her responsibilities include planning, drawing, designing, estimating, and executing projects related to hydraulic civil structures and other infrastructures such as buildings, roads, and walls.
