Working under the Customs & Excise Division, Department of Revenue and Customs, Ministry of Finance, Bhutan. Oversees the Electronic Customs Management System (eCMS), leading Bhutan’s efforts in Customs modernization through digital transformation, trade facilitation, and regulatory reform. He also serves as the lead for the Bhutan Customs team in the development of the Bhutan National Single Window (NSW).
