Mr. Kumara has 15 years of extensive experience in the water sector, as a civil and environmental engineer specializing in dam safety engineering, irrigation engineering, river basin management, and construction project management. Currently, he serves as the chief engineer for dam safety at the irrigation department in Sri Lanka.
