Tuhin is the project manager for We CARE Phase-1 project, funded by the World Bank (USD 380 million, 48.5 km). He oversaw construction of key infrastructure including a 2.00 km railway overpass, flyover, 4-lane flexible pavement, rigid pavement, and a trumpet interchange. He handles project planning, monitoring, budget management, and stakeholder reporting.
