Ms. Tharshinie had the privilege of holding various leadership roles. She has also served as deputy director at the Ministry of Women and Child Development and as assistant secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs. These diverse experiences have allowed her to contribute to shaping and implementing policies that drive development and improve governance in Sri Lanka.
