Ms. C.T.J. Fernando is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with more than 14 years of experience. Currently she is working at the Lanka Electricity Company Private Limited, an Electricity Distribution Utility company in Sri Lanka. She has experience with Automated Demand Response, Distribution system automation, HV/LV construction and Regulatory affairs through working in LECO.
