Ms. Mahrin began as a faculty member at AUST and later as a lecturer at Green University of Bangladesh, teaching energy systems, microprocessors, and programming. Currently, she is an Sub-Divisional Engineer (SDE) at BPDB, managing and monitoring independent power producers (IPP) and their grid integration, and exploring the deployment of battery energy storage systems (BESS).
