She began her career as Assistant Director at the customer services center, where she spent seven years handling a wide range of technical and non-technical consumer complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills. She later served as revenue officer (p)/deputy commercial manager for 1.4 years, where she was responsible for implementing commercial procedures in line with NEPRA regulations. Her technical expertise expanded further during her three-year tenure as assistant manager in automated metering infrastructure, where she worked extensively with meters and performance monitoring.
