Richa is currently working as deputy director at the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India. With over 10 years of experience in solar photovoltaics and power electronics, she has been actively involved in the design, development, and evaluation of renewable energy systems. Her focus areas include performance evaluation, reliability studies, standardization, and policy support under initiatives like the PM-KUSUM scheme. She received the 'Women in Energy' award in 2024 and was a top finalist for the Young Achievers Award at RE-Invest 2023.
