Rashmi Adhikari after about an year of completion of her bachelor's degree she was enrolled in Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). It is a government organization responsible for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity throughout Nepal. There is private sector involvement in the generation side, however, transmission and distribution side lie with NEA. During her work at the office, she got an opportunity to do further study to explore herself and contribute somehow to her organization.
