Rakesh serves as General Manager (Civil) at NHPC Limited, currently posted in the design and engineering division at the corporate office. With 23 years of experience in design and engineering, he has also served as dam in-charge for the construction of the 133-meter-high concrete gravity dam of the Kiru Hydroelectric Project (HEP) in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
