Pramila Chaudhury's professional journey began as a Junior Professor in a private engineering college. She then took the chance to start her career in Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in 2013. She got deputed in corporate planning and monitoring department as an electrical engineer. Currently she is working as an assistant manager (Electrical) in medium voltage grid development department, transmission directorate and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) funded projects under the same department i.e., urban transmission and distribution system improvement project .
