Dr. Neha Adhikari is a Joint Director at CPRI, leading the Cables and Wires Division. With over 10 years of experience in high-voltage engineering and power cable diagnostics, she specializes in insulation ageing, partial discharge analysis, predictive asset health assessment, and power system reliability. She is an active researcher, mentor, and speaker, with numerous technical publications and presentations to her credit. Her notable recognitions include the IEEE Young Women Professional Award (ICEPE-2023), Women of Impact Award (2024).
