Muhammad is a highly experienced Disaster Management Practitioner and Emergency Responder with over 20 years of expertise in emergency and disaster management. Currently serving as Director of Fire & Rescue Service at Capital Emergency Service, Islamabad, he has held key leadership roles including Manager of the Urban Search & Rescue Coordination Cell, Deputy Team Leader of Pakistan Rescue Team—the first UN-INSARAG classified USAR team in South Asia—Emergency Officer Operations, Deputy Director Rescue Operations & Administration, and Provincial Monitoring Officer for Punjab Emergency Service. His professional strengths encompass firefighting operations (industrial and forest fires), urban search and rescue, flood and earthquake response, safety training, and international humanitarian assistance.
