Mr. Aman joined the Bangladesh Civil Service and began working in the Roads and Highways Department (RHD), where he has been employed for 26 years. Initially, he worked in the field level laboratory on road quality testing. Subsequently, he was involved in planning, management, maintenance, budgeting, and development of several roads and bridges.
