Ms. Sarker has been with BPDB for over 15 years. In early stages, she worked in the directorate of program in the planning and development department, monitoring progress of ongoing electricity generation and distribution projects. Later, she transitioned to the strategic business unit as an executive engineer, focusing on monitoring power generation costs and output of government-owned power plants.
