Ms. Akhtar has been serving in the Government of Bangladesh since 2008, gaining extensive experience in railway administration, human resource management, and commercial operations. She has overseen HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations. She also contributes to youth development as the rover scout commissioner of Chattogram railway district.
