Ifrah began her career in the design department of NTDC, gaining experience in office-based tasks such as preparing tenders and evaluating bid documents. While this role provided a strong foundation, she sought more hands-on experience and moved to the asset management department. Working in grid system operations and maintenance gave her deep insights into the field. She later transitioned to the training & development department, where she conducted technical promotion training for officers of all cadres. This role enhanced her leadership skills and solidified her commitment to knowledge sharing. Currently, she serves in the health, safety & environment department, ensuring workplace safety and compliance within NTDC.
