Archana Poudel, a civil engineer currently working at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Nepal. Since September 2022, she has been serving as an engineer in the ministry and is presently posted in the development assistance coordination and quality section. Her key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments under the ministry as well as with other government ministries to ensure the effective implementation of development partner-assisted infrastructure projects. In her role, she facilitates inter-agency collaboration, assists in project planning and monitoring, and helps maintain quality standards in line with national policies and donor requirements. This position has provided her with valuable exposure to large-scale infrastructure initiatives and has strengthened her understanding of government systems, policy frameworks, and development cooperation.
