Fareeha is a qualified civil engineer who began her career as a junior design engineer with private consulting firms. She was later selected for the Communication and Works (C&W) Department as an assistant engineer. Over the years, she has served in various key roles within the department, including Section Officer (Buildings), Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Monitoring Officer, and Deputy Secretary (Technical). Currently, she is serving as Deputy Director in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Accessibility Project (KP RAP).
