Ms. Masha Mendis is an experienced electrical engineer currently working in the corporate strategy Division (IT Branch) of the Ceylon Electricity Board. With over a decade of experience across engineering, IT, supply chain, and digitization, she brings a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to her work. As an associate member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka, she has contributed to several national-level digital transformation initiatives, including the digitization of government procurement platforms. She is also an active member of the WePOWER Sri Lanka Chapter, where she supports efforts to promote gender equality in the energy sector. She has organized and led workshops and field visits aimed at empowering female undergraduates and professionals in STEM.
