Eng. Theja Gayani Jayathilaka is an Electrical Engineer at the National Transmission Network Service Provider (NTNSP), Sri Lanka, with experience in electricity transmission, divisional coordination, procurement, asset management, and corporate planning. She has contributed to the establishment and strategic development of NTNSP following the electricity sector restructuring, coordinating Board Procurement Committee (BPC) activities, preparing technical and procurement documentation, and supporting corporate planning initiatives. She has served as a member of several Technical Evaluation Committees (TEC) for transmission projects and has been actively involved in technical evaluations, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. In addition, she has represented Sri Lanka in regional initiatives under the WePOWER network, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration in the power sector.
