Ms. Karunasekera is a civil engineer by profession and works at the Road Asset Management Division of the Road Development Authority (RDA). She has more than 25 years of work experience in the road sector related to different areas such as road construction, design, supervision, quality controlling, planning & budgeting, and specializes in road asset management. She is also the leading person who implemented the Sri Lanka Road Asset Management System (SLRAMS) in the Road Development Authority to reach the smart objectives.
