Awdhesh started his career as an engineer in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). At BHEL, he was involved in project management and customer response of projects catering to the industry sector. Currently he has been associated with transmission planning activities, various offline grid functions in the regional power committees, tariff based competitive bidding of transmission projects etc.
