Pratikshya Adikari is a civil and environmental engineer with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure development. She began her career as a civil engineer, contributing to a range of infrastructure projects, including those under the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). Her early work involved planning, designing, and executing civil engineering components, as well as conducting feasibility studies for hydropower projects. Her dedication and technical expertise led to her promotion as assistant manager at NEA, where she assumed a leadership role in managing civil work and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Currently, her focus has shifted toward integrating environmental considerations into infrastructure development. She actively promotes the sustainable use of natural resources, ensures compliance with environmental regulations, and conducts environmental and social (ES) monitoring at the field level.
