Umesh Bindu Shrestha is a project director at project directorate (Asian Development Bank), Department of Roads. He is engaged in planning for transport infrastructure in Nepal that includes overseeing its design, construction and maintenance. Umesh is focused on promoting infrastructure that is resilient, inclusive, integrated and contributes maximum to the socioeconomic development of the country.
