Kiran Gautam is a senior divisional engineer currently working at Water and Energy Commission Secretariat (WECS), Government of Nepal. By profession she is a mechanical engineer. She has been in the civil service for the last 15 years. However, she has experience of working at various national and international organizations. She was with United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN) before joining Government of Nepal. Now, her technical areas of expertise are energy planning, energy modeling, renewable energy and energy efficiency.
