Mr. Sarkar is a highly experienced transport studies professional with core competence in road safety. He has eighteen years of experience in highway construction, maintenance, and supervision of the highway network in Bangladesh. Since 2012, he has been contributing significantly to increasing the safety of the RHD road network, holding key decision-making positions in road safety design schemes and ADB-financed projects.
