Sonam Choden is an Executive Engineer at the Department of Surface Transport under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Bhutan, and among the few women engineers in the Department. With over 10 years’ experience in road infrastructure planning, design, and project management, she specializes in geometric and pavement design, feasibility studies, Detailed Project Report preparation, cost estimation, and risk management.
