Tshering is a business analyst at the Digital Service Transformation Division, Department of Digital Transformation (DDT), Government Technology Agency under the Royal Government of Bhutan. In his role he leads and supports critical digital transformation initiatives across government agencies, with a strong focus on improving public service delivery through technology. He currently serves as the technical advisor and focal point for the Bhutan National Single Window (BNSW) project, a flagship initiative launched in July 2025. He is also actively engaged in the development of citizen-centric platforms, such as the National eService Portal and the Citizen Engagement and Feedback System in Bhutan.
