Dema Lhamo is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience in the hydropower sector, covering project construction, operation, maintenance, engineering, and corporate governance. She began her career with the construction of the 720 MW Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project and subsequently worked with Druk Green Power Corporation Limited in the operation and maintenance of hydropower assets. Currently, she leads the Engineering & Design Section of the 600 MW Khorlochhu Hydropower Project, a strategic partnership project jointly developed by Druk Green Power Corporation Limited and The Tata Power Company Limited.
