Currently, she serves as the head of the Centre of Excellence for Automation, Control, and Protection at the Hydropower Research & Development Centre under Druk Green Power Corporation. Her role involves leading the planning, testing, and execution of advanced engineering solutions and applied research while ensuring alignment with internationally accepted practices.
