Nima has been working with the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Bhutan since 2016. She is actively involved in developing technical regulations to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power sector. Her responsibilities include issuing licenses for the construction, generation, operation, and maintenance of hydropower and solar power plants, as well as monitoring compliance with these licenses to uphold regulatory standards and promote sustainable energy development.
