Sangay is a divisional manager at Electricity Services Division (ESD) at Bhutan Power Corporation. (BPC). She is responsible for the overall management and administration including budgeting, planning, execution of plan work, and providing customer care & services, all of which contribute to driving socioeconomic growth of the Mongar District. Her expertise spans the Construction of Distributions Lines and Substations as well as developing and mentoring technicians and engineers to help them acquire the necessary skills and expertise in distribution network.
