Pratigya is the associate director (civil) and has worked in Druk Green Power Corporation. She is involved in planning and design of hydropower projects in Bhutan. Her key role is in hydrological assessment, power optimization and energy estimation. She is also a member of the dam safety committee for hydropower plants in Bhutan.
